Welcome to Daily Us. By downloading, installing or using our mobile application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the app.

1. Service description

Daily Us is a mobile application designed for couples that allows you to:

• Share daily photos between both members of the couple.
• Maintain consecutive photo streaks.
• Answer connection questions to get to know each other better.
• Create and manage plans and activities as a couple.
• View the distance between both members.

2. Registration and account

To use Daily Us you need to:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Register through Google Sign-In with a valid account.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities carried out under it.

3. Acceptable use

By using Daily Us, you agree to:

• Not upload illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not use the app to harass, threaten or intimidate other people.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization.
• Not interfere with the operation of the app or its servers.
• Not use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. User content

The photos, answers and content you upload to Daily Us are your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to store, process and display said content within the app, solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The content you share is displayed exclusively to your linked partner. We do not use your content for advertising nor share it with third parties.

5. Partner linking

Linking with a partner means that:

• Both members will be able to see each other's photos, question answers, plans and activity data.
• Unlinking can be requested at any time from the app's settings.
• Upon unlinking, you will no longer have access to the other member's shared content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Daily Us offers free features and a premium subscription ("Daily Us Premium"):

• The premium subscription is managed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirming the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple account settings.
• The premium subscription applies to both members of the linked couple.
• No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods. Refunds are handled through Apple.

7. Free plan

The free plan includes:

• 1 daily photo.
• Up to 5 couple plans.
• Access to connection questions during a 7-day trial.

Free plan limits may change at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Daily Us, including its design, logo, code and original content, is the property of its creators. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by using the app, except for the limited license to use the app according to these terms.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep Daily Us available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Modify, suspend or discontinue features.
• Update the app to improve the experience or fix bugs.

10. Limitation of liability

Daily Us is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or interruptions.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures.
• We are not responsible for content shared between users.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Account deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at dailyus.app@gmail.com. Account deletion:

You can also submit deletion directly at Daily Us Account Deletion.

• Permanently deletes all your photos, answers and personal data.
• Automatically unlinks your partner.
• Does not automatically cancel active subscriptions (you must cancel them from the App Store).

12. Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Daily Us after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
